About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded new business, sales Account Executive to join our fast‑growing company. You’ll play a key role in driving new business for our flagship Sense platform and suite of complimentary AI products. Sense is an AI‑powered call monitoring, QA, and analytics solution designed for contact centres and service‑led businesses.
You will own the full sales cycle, from identifying and developing new opportunities to delivering high‑impact product demonstrations, managing complex pipelines, and closing significant deals. This is a hands‑on sales role combining relationship building and pipeline management to deliver your annual target.
You will focus on organisations where customer experience and compliance are critical.
To the role you will bring a proven record of selling software or SaaS solutions in B2B environments. We will provide you with training on our products, marketing support and strong leadership to help you thrive.
About You
* Proven track record in B2B sales in the SaaS or technology sector with consistent target achievement
* Minimum 3yrs experience selling technology into one or more sectors: travel, insurance, brokers, health, utilities or related sectors
* Excited by technology and in particular AI and how it will transfer business
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
* Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach
* Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences
* Resilient and a self‑starter able to manage complex sales cycles independently
* Collaborative team player willing to share insights and support colleagues
Key Responsibilities
* Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities
* Qualify, develop and close marketing leads
* Build and manage your sales pipeline to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets
* Use a consultative sales approach, actively listening to clients, uncovering their underlying business challenges enabling you to identify the best solution for them
* Deliver professional, persuasive software demos
* Negotiate, close, and manage deals to achieve and exceed revenue targets
* Collaborate with marketing and operations to align messaging and lead generation to support marketing campaigns
* Represent SystemsX at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
* Build strong, long‑term relationships with prospects and clients
* Provide input to improve sales processes, product positioning, and client onboarding
* Proficiency with CRM platforms and other sales tools inc. LinkedIn
