Your Responsibilities
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on M&E systems
* Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and HVAC faults
* Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
* Provide technical support across multiple client sites
* Build strong working relationships with customers
* Mentor and support apprentices and junior engineers
About You
* Recognised apprenticeship or qualification in M&E services/maintenance
* Previous experience in a similar role (retail or commercial background preferred)
* Essential qualification: F-Gas Cat 1
* Desirable qualifications: 18th Edition, Test & Inspection
* Valid UK driving licence
* Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
* Confident with IT systems and workload management
Additional Information
* Field-based role with travel between client sites
* Weekend work on a rota basis
* Participation in on-call rota (1 in 4 weeks)
