Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play a key role in enhancing the wellbeing, dignity, and comfort of our residents. Your main responsibilities will include:
Providing personalised, compassionate care tailored to individual needs
Assisting with medication, mealtimes, and daily routines
Offering companionship and encouraging participation in light, meaningful activities
Supporting mobility and ensuring residents’ physical comfort and safety
Maintaining a tidy, welcoming, and comfortable living environment

About You
Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential
Naturally kind, patient, and composed under pressure
Strong communication and teamwork skills
