An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Outpatient Clinics as a Service Support Manager within the Women’s and Children’s Clinical Centre Directorate.
The department operates between 8:30am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday and the post holder will be required to work 7.5 hours per day across multiple sites including Charing Cross, Hammersmith and St Mary’s Hospital.
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic and highly organised Service Support Manager to join our dynamic Outpatient Clinics team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact and leadership support for our reception staff ensuring a professional and efficient service.
Working collaboratively with clinicians, nursing teams and administrative colleagues, you will oversee day-to-day operations including staff line management, room bookings and patient query resolution.
