The Ideal Candidate
We’re targeting a pragmatic, results-focused leader with:
* Core Experience:
* 5+ years in project management, ideally with exposure to process/packaging equipment, factory expansions, or automation.
* Proven track record managing full project lifecycles (£100k+ CAPEX), including risk mitigation, budget control, and contractor/team coordination.
* Technical proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project; PM certifications (PRINCE2, PMP) preferred.
* Personality & Skills:
