We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and motivated Group HR Manager to join us at our Polyframe site in Lenwade.
You will be responsible for leading the Group HR function to ensure effective solutions and services are developed and implemented whilst delivering a strategic and hands on HR service. As a Group HR Manager you will be working closely with the management team, providing professional input and support in the development and implementation of our people strategy, current and future resource needs.
Essential Experience:
* Significant operational HR experience within a fast paced manufacturing environment
* Experience of managing a team
* CIPD Level 7 qualified
* Proven experience of delivering change and transformation projects with a focus on continual improvement
* A strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a demanding environment
* Confident using Microsoft Office packages and previous experience of using HR systems
Desirable Skills and Experience:
* Experience of working in a multi site environment
* Data Analysis/Excel skills
