Do you thrive in organising, planning and working with data in a creative environment? Can you work collaboratively to assemble complex logistical plans which enable the successful delivery of programmes of work across different spaces and geographies? Do you have advanced project management skills? Are you an expert in data management, reporting and analysis?

This pivotal role sits at the heart of the RSC's Creative Learning and Engagement (CLE) department, ensuring the successful planning and scheduling of all our creative work. As Senior Manager Planning & Data, you will orchestrate multiple concurrent programmes across local, regional, UK-wide and international sites, whilst leading on comprehensive data management and reporting to demonstrate our reach and impact to funders and stakeholders.

Our Creative Learning and Engagement work is driven by a commitment to social justice, whether empowering teachers in the classroom or inspiring young people to develop their own creative agency. The work we do in classrooms and communities transforms the way that young people engage with Shakespeare's plays and improves both life and learning outcomes. This newly created role is integral to ensuring the effective planning, scheduling and data reporting of that work.

Reporting to the Director of Creative Learning and Engagement key areas of responsibility include (please see the Role Profile for the comprehensive list):

* Effective planning and scheduling of all creative work
* Leading and overseeing all data management and reporting
* Line management of roles covering event management, coordination and administration
* Building and maintaining strong, cross-departmental, working relationships
* Refining planning and data systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.

To be suitable for this role, it is essential that you have:

* Exceptional organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
* Practical problem-solving capabilities
* Advanced project management skills
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Demonstrable experience with systems, data, reporting and analysis
* Clear and supportive line management skills and experience.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Stratford-upon-Avon. You will be working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will be required to work in the office or on site for a minimum of 3 days per week.

The interviews will be both online and in-person over a two-stage process. First interviews are likely to take place online in the week commencing 23 March, for the second stage, we will be asking candidates to allow up to 3 hours for an in-person interview, in Stratford-upon-Avon, during the week commencing 30 March.
