Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Business Analyst to join our Group IT team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work across a diverse portfolio of projects, from complex system implementations to business process transformations, supporting strategic initiatives across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end business analysis across diverse projects, ensuring clarity and alignment from concept to delivery.
* Elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements through workshops, interviews, and data analysis.
* Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and technical specifications that drive effective solutions.
* Collaborate closely with solution architects and developers to ensure system design meets business objectives.
* Support testing activities including planning, execution, and defect resolution.
* Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements based on KPIs and user feedback.
* Ensure all solutions align with enterprise architecture and strategic IT direction.
* Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, fostering clear communication and mutual understanding.

Qualifications
* Proven experience delivering business analysis across both technical (e.g., system integrations, data platforms, cloud migrations) and functional (e.g., process redesign, compliance) projects
* Strong understanding of business process analysis frameworks, methodologies, and tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, ADO DevOps Etc.)
* Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and adapt to shifting priorities
* Familiarity with data analysis, APIs, system architecture, and enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, BI tools)
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical audiences
* Commercial awareness and a track record of supporting value realization and ROI measurement
