The Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a "proper" technician who is confident handling all aspects of mechanical repair. Your day-to-day will include:
* Specialist Mechanical Work: Confident replacement of Clutches and Cambelts.
* Diagnostics: Fault-finding and troubleshooting using modern equipment.
* Brakes & Safety: Precision work on braking systems (utilizing premium components).
* Servicing & MOT Prep: Delivering high-standard maintenance across a wide range of makes and models.
* General Repairs: Handling exhausts, batteries, suspension, and welding when required.
* Efficiency: Working independently to manage your own workload to a high standard.
What We Are Looking For
* Experience: You must be an experienced Vehicle Technician (Level 3 preferred).
* Technical Skill: Proven ability to carry out Cambelts and Clutches independently.
* Mindset: A reliable, honest professional who takes pride in "doing the job right."
* Team Player: Someone who fits into a close-knit, friendly workshop culture.
* License: A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
