Overview Are you passionate about amplifying lived experience and helping shape high‑quality services? Join our Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Central Team and play a vital role in ensuring service user voices are heard, valued, and embedded in service improvement across drug and alcohol recovery services. IPS is an evidence-based employment support model that helps people move into meaningful, paid employment. This volunteer role supports the national IPS leadership team by collecting, collating, and sharing service user feedback and positive stories of work and recovery. Responsibilities As an IPS Service User Feedback Coordinator, you will work closely with IPS teams, service users, and central teams across the organisation. Your role will include: Supporting IPS service users to share their journeys of work and recovery Collecting and collating service user feedback and good news stories nationally Supporting IPS Pulse Survey responses and local questionnaires Developing and improving tools used to gather service user feedback Sharing insights and feedback with IPS teams to support continuous improvement Working with Communications and Marketing teams to help share service user stories more widely What we’re looking for You don’t need specialist experience - we’re looking for the right values and motivations.
