This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant to play a key role in shaping the financial structure of a newly acquired business and supporting its integration into a larger, established group. Youll be at the heart of a live acquisition, taking ownership of financial processes, implementing structure, and helping to bring clarity and control during a period of change.You will: Support the business through a key acquisition and integration phase Build and implement robust financial processes and reporting frameworks Deliver meaningful insights to support commercial decision-making Work closely with senior stakeholders, including the Group Financial Controller and operational leadershipKey Responsibilities: Provide hands-on accounting support throughout the acquisition process Establish weekly sales and margin reporting aligned to group standards Prepare and develop monthly management accounts, including KPI reporting Implement and improve month-end close processes (journals, accruals, prepayments, cut-off) Review and enhance financial controls, policies, and procedures Collaborate with on-site teams to embed best practice and improve processes Support the integration of the acquired entity into group reportingAbout You Experienced Management Accountant (or similar) with strong technical grounding ACCA / CIMA qualified preferred, but strong QBE candidates with relevant experience will absolutely be considered Proven experience implementing processes and improving reporting structures Exposure to acquisitions, integrations, or fast-paced environments is highly advantageous Confident working in a hands-on, evolving business Strong communicator, able to build relationships across finance and operations Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is beneficialWhats on Offer Opportunity to play a key role in a high-profile acquisition A genuinely impactful position where your work will shape the future of the business Immediate start with potential for extension Travel to London (fully expensed) Collaborative, entrepreneurial environmentIf youre looking for a role where you can add real value, take ownership, and make a visible impact quickly, wed love to hear from you.
