We are currently looking for an experienced Sous chef for a stunning dining pub in Moreton in Marsh.
As Sous Chef you will be a real foodie and will be able to prioritise, multitask and have a passion for creativity. You will also be responsible for supervising the junior chefs in the team

Basic salary of £40,000

The Person
The Successful Sous Chef will have:
Experience at Sous Chef level in a similar environment
High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen including COSHH and HACCP
Ideally be able to drive or live locally
Have a passion for fresh food and good attention to detail
Have the confidence to create and be innovative
