IT Support & Systems Administrator - Key duties (non-exhaustive) Set up and configure new user accounts, laptops, and associated hardware/software. Provide desktop and application support across the business. Maintain and support server infrastructure (on-premises and cloud-based). Manage user access, security permissions, and software licensing. Administer and support the company’s phone and communications system Act as a liaison with external vendors or MSPs where necessary. Provide light development/configuration support post-implementation of our new Policy Management System (PMS). Support the onboarding and offboarding process from a tech perspective. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues as they arise. Participate in ongoing tech improvement projects and automation initiatives.
