Full-time On Site: West Linton, Scottish Borders
A varied and rewarding role, leading The Lodge supported living service while supporting the wider Garvald West Linton community. You’ll oversee resident care, coordinate a flexible staff team across five houses, and work closely with the Residential Manager to develop and manage the service.
About You
* Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and supervising staff
* Understanding of social therapy / Rudolf Steiner or similar approaches
* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
* Organised, able to prioritise, manage budgets, and use IT systems
* Resilient, proactive, and confident supporting complex and challenging behaviours
* SVQ 4 in Health and Social Care and/or Management and Leadership or other relevant qualification or a willingness to work towards
* Must hold a full and valid manual driving licence
