Fortnum and Mason is on the lookout for a Retail Doorperson - a role that plays a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Further to this, our successful candidate will:
* Manage the guest experience upon arrival and departure in line with our brand values and expectations
* Ensure guest exceptions are exceeded through handling all requests, queries, comments and complaints in a courteous and prompt manner
* Greet arriving guests from their cars / taxis and provide assistance where appropriate. This may include carefully assisting with the handling of luggage and other belongings.
* Arrange taxis for departing guests and provide directions if required. * Whilst interacting with guests, promote Fortnum’s services and special store moments
* Ensure your personal appearance is in line with Fortnum’s standards, including wearing our uniform in line with role specification.
