A Day in the Life As Assistant Wedding & Events Manager, your responsibilities will include: Assisting in the planning and execution of weddings and events, ensuring every detail runs smoothly. Supporting the Events Manager with timelines, schedules, and logistics. Liaising with clients, vendors, and suppliers to confirm all arrangements. Overseeing event setup and breakdown to the highest quality standards. Delivering excellent customer service before, during, and after events. Handling last-minute changes with professionalism and a calm head. Assisting with rotas, operational meetings, stock management, and revenue tracking. What We're Looking For Previous experience in events, hospitality, or wedding operations (preferred). Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills. A genuine passion for delivering memorable client experiences. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. High attention to detail and a creative, problem-solving mindset.
