We are seeking an IFA Administrator for our client based in Farnborough. This role involves liaising with Advisers and Clients to arrange and book annual review meetings, produce valuations, and perform various servicing tasks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent planning and organizational skills, a professional and pleasant telephone manner, and strong administration skills to provide a truly client-centric experience. Building relationships where appropriate and promoting teamwork by assisting colleagues and consultants to meet client service requirements are key aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the client's propositions as part of the Business Support Team.
* Manage appointment scheduling for Premium Support Consultants and handle additional requests promptly.
* Update the back-office system to ensure accurate client data.
* Maintain compliant files with timely documentation in the Document Management/workflow and diary systems for instant staff access.
* Produce client valuations for annual reviews and raise invoices for extra requests outside the paid service scope.
* Process servicing tasks in line with the Client Service Agreement, including invoicing for additional requests.
* Ensure efficient and accurate work processing to meet client service standards and targets.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and third parties through regular contact.
* Participate in project work collaboratively to meet company goals.
* Support colleagues to balance workloads and achieve team objectives.
Experience and Qualifications:
* Essential: Administration and customer service experience.
* Beneficial: Telephone-based experience and Financial Services experience, preferably in a life and pensions environment.
* Qualifications are desirable or a willingness to pursue relevant studies.
