Job Opportunity: Senior HR Advisor (Temporary 3-6 months) Location: Belfast Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Rate: £18.50 per hour We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join a dedicated professional HR team on a temporary basis for 3 to 6 months. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide proactive, business-focused HR support within a well-established organisation committed to best practice people management and development. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, confidential HR advice and support to managers and staff. Ensure compliance with employment legislation, data protection (GDPR), and internal HR policies. Lead or assist with workplace investigations and support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives. Manage recruitment and selection processes, including preparing job details, supporting interview panels, conducting shortlisting, and completing pre-employment checks. Support preparation of statutory returns such as Fair Employment and Annual Employment Statistics. Maintain professional standards aligned with organisational values and ethics. Undertake other HR-related duties as required by senior leadership. Essential Qualifications and Experience: CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years’ generalist HR experience, including employment relations (grievance, discipline, attendance management). Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. Knowledge of Northern Ireland employment law and HR best practices. Experience with Article 55 Review and Fair Employment Returns. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Full driving licence and access to a car or ability to meet mobility requirements.
