About the Role
This role sits within our clients Insurance division, where youll act as a key adviser to commercial clients, managing cases with GWP values ranging between £75,000 and £250,000. Working alongside a dedicated Account Executive, youll take ownership of the broking lifecyclefrom risk presentation to policy placement and renewal strategy.
Youll need to be confident, commercially astute, and committed to putting clients at the centre of every decision.
What Youll Be Doing
Acting as the main broking contact for a portfolio of commercial clients
Managing the full insurance cycle in partnership with Account Executives
Preparing and presenting comprehensive renewal and new business quotations
Liaising with underwriters to secure optimal terms for clients
Advising clients on risk exposure and policy coverboth motor and non-motor
Supporting growth through cross-sell opportunities
Maintaining excellent insurer relationships and staying ahead of market developments
Ensuring files are accurate, up to date, and FCA compliant
Continuously identifying areas to improve service and operational efficiency
What Youll Bring
A minimum of 5 years experience in commercial broking
Strong technical knowledge across a range of commercial insurance products
Excellent relationship-building skills with both clients and insurers
CII qualifications (or a clear intention to obtain them)
Experience using Acturis or similar broking systems
A proactive mindset with sharp attention to detail
Confident, clear communicatorboth written and verbal
Professional, personable, and driven to deliver outstanding service
