Key Responsibilities:
As a Global Feasibility Lead, you will:
* Lead and contribute to global feasibility projects, including data collection, analysis, and presentation of findings.
* Develop feasibility strategies to support pre-award operational planning.
* Transition pre-award findings to operations teams for successful post-award execution.
* Contribute to proposals and bid defenses, providing strategic insights and data-driven recommendations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure feasibility strategies align with business and client needs.
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to departmental training initiatives.
* Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to best practices in feasibility conduct.
Required Qualifications:
* Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
* Minimum 4 years' experience in academia, healthcare, or consulting with responsibilities in data collection, analysis, and presentation.
* At least 2 years' experience within pharma/biotech, CRO, or consulting environment preferred.
* Strong data mining, analytical, and scientific research skills.
* Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Experience leading projects or cross-functional teams is desirable.
