Location: Primarily based in Ealing, Fulham and Richmond
Schedule: Monday – Friday (including Wraparound & PPA) + Saturday Mornings

Core Responsibilities
1. Lead Coordinator: Wraparound & Venue Management
Wraparound Lead: Act as the primary face and point of contact for all wraparound care (Breakfast and After-School Clubs) in Ealing, Fulham and Richmond.
Venue Leadership: Ensure the sites are safe, organised, and delivering an experience that kids can’t wait to come back to.
Quality Control: Constantly "enhance the quality" of our offerings by auditing sessions and mentoring junior staff.
2. High-Quality Delivery
Curriculum & PPA: Lead the coordination and delivery of high-quality PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) cover, ensuring all sessions align with PE curriculum standards.
Activity Design: Create and deliver diverse sports and playwork sessions that engage children of all abilities and interests.
Holiday & Weekend Programming: Take the lead on planning vibrant schedules for holiday camps and Saturday morning sessions.
3. Partnerships & Business Growth
Relationship Management: Build "unshakeable" partnerships with school leadership, teachers, and current business partners.
Front-Facing Ambassador: Act as the charismatic "face of the brand" for parents and stakeholders.
Recruitment: Assist in identifying, interviewing, and onboarding new talent to grow our delivery team.
Who You Are
A Natural Communicator: You can pivot your tone from "excited coach" for a 6-year-old to "professional partner" for a School Headteacher.
Proactive & Creative: You don’t wait for a manual. You see a rainy day and immediately pivot to a high-energy indoor creative session.
Experienced: You have at least 2 years under your belt working in an educational or formal coaching environment.
Qualified: You hold recognised Coaching Qualifications and/or Playwork Qualifications. You understand the balance between structured sport and the freedom of play.
