Are you a passionate Training Administrator, looking for an exciting new role?
Key Areas of Responsibility
1. Ensuring that learners are greeted and looked after whilst they are in the training centre
2. Answering customers queries and questions in a timely manner
3. Booking End Point Assessment
4. Processing customer bookings and sending out the relevant paperwork
5. Ordering training equipment
6. Support the training planning process
7. Booking of training rooms, accommodation, flights and other associated travel arrangements
8. Organising handouts and training materials
9. Recording of training results
10. Processing of internal verification
11. Claiming certification and distribution of certificates to customers
12. Maintaining training records
13. Provide reports to customers with accurate updates of progress achieved.
14. Accurate input of data onto various spreadsheets.
15. Support the wider team with administration duties as required

25. Sending joining instructions
26. Booking accommodation, flights and hire cars
27. Customer reporting.
28. Checking of candidate results
29. Tracking certificates and sending them out to customers
30. Keeping databases up to date

32. 5 GCSES A – C or equivalent
33. Qualification in administration or customer service (desirable)
