Accounts Receivable Assistant

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join a growing finance team based in Norwich. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong transactional finance experience who is confident managing accounts receivable processes within a fast-paced environment.
Please note: experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the accounts receivable function end-to-end
* Raising and issuing sales invoices
* Allocating incoming payments and reconciling customer accounts
* Chasing outstanding debt and reducing aged receivables
* Handling customer queries and resolving discrepancies
* Performing regular bank reconciliations
* Maintaining accurate records within Business Central
* Supporting month-end processes where required
Requirements
* Proven experience within an Accounts Receivable or Credit Control role
* Essential: hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident communicator, able to manage customer relationships effectively
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good working knowledge of Excel and finance systems
