An innovative and fast‑growing financial data analytics company is seeking a highly organised Operations Coordinator to join its London office. The Role
As Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of the business, reporting directly to the COO. Your responsibilities will span administration, project coordination, executive assistance, and office management. You’ll help keep the company running efficiently while supporting global teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and business travel
* Organise company meetings, staff socials, and cultural activities
* Provide EA support to senior leadership (diary and travel management)
* Support Legal, Compliance, Finance, and HR with documentation and projects
* Manage office assets, meeting rooms, inventory, and courier services
* Act as Fire Warden and oversee health & safety procedures
* Liaise with building management and coordinate access for employees and visitors
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years’ experience in a professional office environment (ideally tech or financial services)
* Background as PA, EA, or Office Manager with strong organisational skills
* Excellent multitasking ability and initiative to work independently
* Fluent English; additional languages a plus
* Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office essential; Slack, Atlassian, Salesforce desirable)
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional, discreet, and confident liaising with senior stakeholders
* Positive, self‑motivated, and highly personable team player
