You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our classrooms, offices and public areas are clean, safe and ready for use by students, staff and visitors.

Actual Salary: £13, 135.21 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday (12:00nn - 16:00pm)
Essential Criteria
1. Ability to read and follow instructions relevant to the role.
2. Experience in a cleaning role within a similar environment.
3. Ability to use cleaning equipment such as buffers and scrubbers.
4. Good communication skills and a methodical approach to work.
5. Physically fit and able to lift and move furniture and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
6. Clean classrooms, offices, sanitary facilities and public areas to a high standard.
7. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
8. Move furniture and equipment as required.
9. Ensure cleaning materials are used and stored correctly.
10. Report any defects or concerns to the Estates Helpdesk.

Let’s Bloom
The LET’s Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
