Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Salary: £90 – £120 per day (depending on experience)
About the Role:
A welcoming primary school in Milton Keynes is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join their team from January 2026. You will work across KS1 and KS2, providing classroom support, delivering small group interventions, and offering 1:1 support where needed. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in education or progress towards a career in teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
* Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups
* Assist in classroom management and behaviour support
* Help to create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment
* Work closely with the SENCO to implement support strategies where required
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children (school, nursery, or similar setting)
* Knowledge of KS1/KS2 curriculum desirable but not essential
* Patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
