Duties Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and staff. Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organised records. Utilise Google Suite & Microsoft Office for document creation, scheduling, and communication. Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Xero, ensuring accurate financial records. Coordinate meetings and appointments, managing calendars effectively. Prepare reports and presentations as needed to support team objectives. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Skills Proficient in computerised systems and software applications relevant to office management. Strong clerical and administrative skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with Google Suite & Microsoft Office applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). Experience with Xero or similar accounting software is advantageous. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication. Ability to type efficiently and accurately for data entry tasks. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
