Chef – City Centre Location (Full-Time, 5 Days per Week) Mondays and Tuesdays off

You will oversee kitchen operations, support and manage the team, and ensure the highest food quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient food production.
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
* Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and safety in line with health regulations.
* Manage stock levels, monitor inventory, and order supplies as needed.
* Work with management on menu development, seasonal offerings, and special events.
* Ensure quality control throughout preparation and service.
* Assist in menu planning that highlights seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment.
* Strong culinary skills across a range of cooking techniques and cuisines.
* Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
* Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance requirements.
* Highly organised, able to multitask, and remain calm under pressure.
* Strong passion for hospitality and outstanding customer service.

Working Hours
* 5-day working week
* Shift patterns:
* Wed, Thur, Fri: 8-4
* Sat: 8:30-4
* Sun: 8:30-4
* City centre location with excellent transport links.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
