Job Description
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of BAs and QAs
* Implement and manage agile methodologies, ensuring efficient workflow and delivery processes
* Support on new business initiatives as well as owning existing projects
* Maintain and prioritise the backlog, working with key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of tasks
* Partner with technical leads and senior stakeholders across the business on a daily basis to understand requirements and help influence the execution of projects
* Identify and unblock issues that may impede progress and help with forecasting and resource allocation
* Assist with the migration to a new platform, ensuring minimal disruption
Experience Required:
* Commodities Trading background
* Strong Project management/delivery management experience coupled with team leadership
* Strong understanding of agile (Kanban) principles
* Proven stakeholder management skills dealing with technical teams and C suite
