We are currently recruiting for a qualified Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join a friendly and nurturing early years setting in Colchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate early years professional who enjoys supporting young children’s development in a safe, engaging and stimulating environment.
The Role
* Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for children in the nursery
* Support children’s early development through play-based learning
* Work closely with colleagues to create a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment
* Observe and support children’s social, emotional and developmental progress
* Build positive relationships with children, parents and staff
Requirements
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
* Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
* Good understanding of the EYFS framework
* A caring, enthusiastic and reliable approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
