Recruitment Business Partner – Global Insurance
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)
Contract: 12-Month FTC
We’re working with a globally recognised insurance provider to hire a Recruitment Business Partner who will manage permanent and FTC recruitment delivered via third-party suppliers across the UK, US and Europe. Embedded within the client’s Talent Acquisition team, you’ll play a key operational role ensuring a seamless, high-quality recruitment experience for hiring managers, candidates and suppliers.
The Role
You will receive requisitions from the client TA team and manage the full end-to-end process with agency suppliers — from briefing through to offer. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll ensure consistent delivery, clear communication and strong process management throughout each hire.
Key Responsibilities
* Set up hiring‑manager briefings with suppliers and establish clear delivery expectations
* Review agency‑submitted candidates via the client ATS and shortlist for hiring‑manager review
* Ensure all agency submissions meet screening, compliance and documentation requirements
* Manage hiring‑manager feedback and progress candidates efficiently through the interview process
* Oversee the offer approval workflow, including negotiations with suppliers
* Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and suppliers to ensure transparency
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to drive delivery and performance
* Track and report data on supplier performance, pipeline and recruitment metrics
* Ensure compliance with all policies, processes and SLAs
* Maintain data accuracy within ATS
* Provide an exceptional level of customer service to hiring managers and stakeholders
* Manage multiple vacancies in a structured and organised manner
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in process and delivery
* Deliver against contractual KPIs and objectives
