We have a fantastic opportunity for anEstimatorto join our team within Lovells East Anglia region based out of our Norwich office.
Reporting to the Pre-Contract Director, you will provide land and tender appraisalsin a timely mannerwhilst maximising the land value, development margin and return on capital employed.
You will join a growing team of passionate and dedicated Pre-construction professionals, providing commercial support to the estimating team throughout the region all whilst forming and developing relationships with the internal project teams and our supply chain.
We are looking for an individual who shares our passion for the project at hand, whilst also being able to work within a hardworking team environment. Your duties will include:
* Supporting the Estimating team in the identification of risks and the application of the commercial standing instructions
* Ensuring that commercial opportunities are optimised, and the companys position is always suitably protected.
* Consistent provision oftimelyandaccurateestimates, pre-acquisition studies, etc. fully utilising the Housebuilder appraisal system
