Warehouse Operative (FLT Counterbalance) - Temp to Perm

£13.34 per hour + overtime at 1.5x
4 on / 4 off (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)
We're currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives with a valid Counterbalance FLT licence to join a busy and well-established manufacturing and distribution site just outside Lincoln.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent, long-term work with a reputable employer in the food manufacturing sector (pet category).
What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key role in ensuring goods move safely and efficiently through the warehouse operation:
Loading and unloading trailers in line with load plans and delivery notes
Checking products for accuracy, quality, and any damage
Transferring goods from production to storage areas
Picking and preparing orders for dispatch
Carrying out stock checks and inventory control
Working closely with other departments to keep operations running smoothly
What We're Looking For
Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
Own transport and licence required due to location (no public transport access)
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Reliable, team-focused, and safety-conscious
Comfortable working 12-hour shifts on a rotating pattern
Basic IT skills and experience using warehouse systems (e.g. scanners, stock control/WMS)
