Overview
Key Account Manager – North Tyneside locations with excellent access to Metro & bus links. Salary £32,000 - £35,000 per annum. Permanent staff position, office based. Full time, Monday – Friday. Based at the facility in North Tyneside, you will manage and develop strong working relationships with key accounts, ensuring all customer requirements are fulfilled to the highest standard.
Your Experience
* Proven background in account management, B2B customer success or client relationship development within the print & packaging sector
* A background working with a blue-chip client base would be beneficial, but not essential
* This is not a sales position - your key strengths will revolve around managing customer requirements/expectations and balancing this with internal service delivery capabilities
* Self-starter with a personal passion for achieving goals
* Interpersonal skills; the ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels
* Proficient IT user with a good standard of literacy & numeracy; experience with Tharstern would be a benefit (but not essential)
* Typical traits of our successful Key Account Managers: self-starter, dynamic, resilient, ambitious, attentive, emotionally intelligent
The Job
* Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with existing clients and key contacts within the company
* Manage retention, expansion and overall satisfaction of your client base
* Serve as a focal point of contact for client challenges, responsible for overseeing the plan of action to resolve issues
* Work closely with other KAMs and admin support to ensure a first-class, accurate back-office process
