We are looking for a highly motivated commercial leader to join a Private equity back, national business to support the growth of their Energy Efficiency Division. This is an exciting opportunity to form and lead the execution of a number of strategic initiatives across a range of disciplines. You will be joining at a pivotal point in the businesses journey to become the market leader in Renewable Energy Solutions and an integral part of the UK's decarbonisation journey. The role will be broad and varied and will entail working with a number of key internal and external stakeholders. The primary focus will be to build and execute a range of propositions that we can go to market with that leverage our current strengths, build internal capabilities and look at potential external partnerships with other businesses. The role will be based in Northampton, with flexibility to work from home. There may be an occasional requirement to travel in order to support the business. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to take a proactive approach in identifying and delivering value through end-to-end services across a broad range of customer sectors. The role requires a deep understanding of customer requirements coupled with market insight from a range of sources and perspectives. The individual will be expected to keep on top of legislation changes, changes to government policies and will develop a good understanding of the competitor landscape.
