Goodman Masson is supporting a leading real estate business looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join its Controllership team. Managing both in-house and outsourced staff, you'll own the purchase-to-pay process and drive improvements across systems, controls and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the outsourced and onsite AP team to deliver an efficient, well-controlled AP function
* Oversee the purchase ledger and payment cycles, ensuring timely and accurate supplier payments
* Improve and streamline purchase-to-pay processes and systems, partnering with internal teams to provide support and training where needed
* Support the wider Finance function
About You
* Strong experience within Accounts Payable; exposure to outsourced service models advantageous
* Team management experience is essential
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Clear communicator with strong stakeholder skills and a proactive approach
* Detail-focused with a continuous improvement mindset
