Head Chef - Luxury Hotel - Great Career Opportunity
Our client is recruiting a Head Chef to work under an award winning execuitbve chef and oversee the Hotel's fine dining restaurant and high end events at the property. You will manage the kitchen and chefs and be a well motivated and strong leader. This is an excellent opportunity for an existing Head Chef or an experienced Sous looking for a head chef appointment. You will be preparimg high quality food with fresh, seasonal produce including those grown on site and will ideally have experince at 2-3AA rosettte or Michelin level. The role is 48 hours per week and you will get generous tronc and benefits package. Live in can be provided if relocating.

The Role
Designing and Costing of Menu's and food concept with support from Execuitve Chef
Support and coaching and training of Chef's
Maintaining Hygiene and cleanliness
Cost and Margin Control
Producing Fresh Seasonal Meals for the restaurant and events to achieve accolades

Excellent Communicator
Must have experience as a Head Chefor experienced Sous (3+ years) in a luxury hotel or high end restaurant/pub with accolades
Strong financial awareness and controls
Hands on Leader & Team Player - record of developing/building brigades
