Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various premises. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting the upkeep of commercial, hospitality, or residential spaces. Duties
* Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas
* Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces to ensure hygiene standards are met
* Restock cleaning supplies and toiletries as required
* Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling procedures are followed
* Maintain equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly
* Follow health and safety regulations at all times during cleaning activities
* Assist with specialised cleaning tasks such as carpet or window cleaning when needed
* Support with additional duties such as organising supplies or setting up rooms for events
Qualifications
* Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
* Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is a plus
* Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety procedures
* Skills in cooking or customer service are considered beneficial for certain roles within the organisation
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and efficiently within a team setting
* Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude towards work responsibilities

Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
