Job Descriptions :
* Draft, review, and manage contracts from start to finish—including signing, filing, and proper documentation
* Prepare and review business quotations to ensure accuracy and alignment with internal policies
* Coordinate order flow and facilitate smooth internal communication across departments
* Perform credit checks and shipment approvals for customers to support risk-managed sales activities
* Review and maintain accurate records of customer invoicing details
* Set up and follow through on accounts receivable collection plans in collaboration with finance
Job Qualifications :
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
* A detail-oriented, careful, and patient individual with strong organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and comprehension skills—able to work cross-functionally and clarify details effectively.
* Fresh graduates
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint—able to present data and processes clearly.
* Good in English, preferably in Mandarin
