Production Supervisor
Pertemps Stoke is recruiting a Production Supervisor for a client based in Newcastle under Lyme.
Responsibilities
* Carrying out regular equipment inspections
* Overseeing daily cleaning procedures to ensure units remain safe and free from hazardous materials
* Reporting faults, defects, breakdowns, or maintenance issues promptly to site management
* Supporting repair, maintenance, construction, and other operational tasks in line with client requirements
* Monitoring completed work to ensure quality standards are achieved and deadlines are consistently met
* Operating forklifts and other manufacturing machinery as required within the role
* Providing additional support to the wider operations team across the site as needed
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a Paint or Coatings environment is beneficial
* Proven experience in a production/manufacturing role is essential
* Clear communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Understanding of basic health and safety awareness
* FLT licence would be advantageous but not essential
