We’re working with one of the world’s most prestigious international law firms, who are hiring a Talent Development Manager in London, supporting their corporate finance & securities practice.
These are people-focused roles where you’ll be embedded in the practice, working directly with partners, associates, and trainees. The remit is broad and will cover resourcing, career development, training, recruitment, and strategy, ensuring lawyers are supported to perform at their best.
This is a chance for someone who is open to stepping away from fee earning, but still using your transactional experience every day. You will build strategy alongside partners and senior leadership, focus on developing people, managing resourcing, and shaping careers and in return, you will have a better work/life balance, while still working in a high-performing, collegiate environment.
Ideally, you will be:
• A Senior Associate-level lawyer with a Corporate Finance background.
• Have a genuine interest in the people side of practice.
• Be diplomatic, assertive, and comfortable with pastoral conversations as well as strategic input.
• Having experience managing or mentoring teams is a real advantage.
