Our Client, a large Finance Sector firm, are seeking a Senior Customer Services Administrator to join a friendly, well-established contact centre team. Reporting to the Team Manager, the Senior Customer Services Administrator will be responsible for:
* Act as first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and e-mails, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Answering incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
* Providing accurate information to customers and resolving any issues they may have
* Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
The ideal candidate for the role of Senior Customer Services Administrator will have:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in Life Assurance, ideally within a Call Centre environment
* Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
* Good Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
* Strong interpersonal skills to be able to deal with people at all levels
