We have an amazing opportunity for an established and talented Senior Account Manager to join the TMW team in Bristol on a 12‑month FTC.
Day to Day
* Support the Senior team and Planning team by contributing to the development of client and campaign strategies.
* Manage client projects from conception through to delivery, ensuring the projects are delivered on time, on budget and on brand, managing expectations of all parties through a project.
* Continue to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agency partners at a similar level.
* Lead the presentation of creative work and rationale of the work.
* Contribute to the production of an exciting briefing process, demonstrating and articulating a creative understanding with the ability to build on the potential of ideas.
* Understand production techniques across all media and identify the appropriate production choice within context of brand.
* Demonstrate a thorough understanding of client’s sector, market position, objectives and requirements to make recommendations for development opportunities.
* Work with planners to articulate strategies and briefs to clients and teams.
* Support the senior team in delivering against specific client revenue and profitability targets.
* Provide robust financial management of all projects.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
* Previous agency experience in a similar fast‑paced Senior Account Manager role, with a full understanding of how agency processes work.
* Proven track record of delivering successful projects and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* The ability to inspire confidence amongst all those you work with.
* Be comfortable working autonomously or as part of a team; collaboration and negotiation are essential.
* Drive and desire to get one step ahead of the client’s needs and display an “already done” mentality.
* The ability to look beyond the immediate day‑to‑day and identify potential issues and solutions.
* Organisation and the ability to manage, prioritise and juggle multiple projects efficiently is key to this role.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Established financial and commercial understanding.
* Ability to engage with senior stakeholders on both the client and agency side.
* Confidence and the know‑how to deliver clear, constructive feedback to all teams.
