Job Summary
Analyze data to improve and update business systems, investigate problems, and support product management to evolve existing products and assist in launching new product enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and maintain community compliance questionnaires with high detail and in accordance with business requirements.
2. Coordinate questionnaire review processes, collaborating with internal teams to meet stakeholder needs, uphold quality standards, and adhere to timelines.
3. Configure changes in internal systems, ensuring accurate implementation and smooth deployment of updates.
4. Work with development and QA teams to raise change requests and enhancements, managing them through to release.
5. Analyze large data sets to identify trends and patterns, solve problems, and work on data-related enhancements.
6. Participate in product management activities across the business as you progress.
Key Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
* Interest in data analysis and reviewing/configuring detailed questionnaires.
* Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines.
* Knowledge of subscription services (not essential).
* Experience working in a growing business environment.
* Understanding of and experience with information security requirements and standards.
Qualifications and Skills
* A degree or equivalent qualification.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
* Working knowledge of CRM systems (desirable).
* Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse audiences.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure in a timely manner.
* Positive attitude towards change and solution-oriented mindset.
* Strong analytical skills with an evidence-based approach.
* Interest in business and product development.
* Basic understanding of information technology.

Training will be provided on specific applications.
The company's blended working policy requires two days in the office and three days remote work, subject to review.
