What you’ll be doing * Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing professional and timely support. * Managing all HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including contracts, onboarding, changes, and leavers. * Supporting recruitment activities, issuing offers, scheduling interviews, and handling compliance checks. * Preparing accurate information for payroll and maintaining up-to-date employee records. * Assisting the HR Manager with employee relations casework, minute-taking, and documentation. * Contributing to HR projects and helping to streamline processes in a fast-moving environment.
