Job Title: Architectural Technologist
We are seeking an Architectural Technologist to join a well-established Architectural Practice based in Boston, Lincolnshire. This role offers excellent career development opportunities within a talented team that provides training and progression.

The successful candidate will produce and present drawings to clients and directors, liaise with contractors, develop projects primarily within the Residential sector, attend site visits, and ensure project deadlines are met. The practice works across domestic and commercial sectors, so experience in both is highly beneficial. There is significant potential for career growth within this practice.
Minimum requirements include at least 1 year of experience as an Architectural Technologist. Experience in conducting surveys and handling planning applications is highly advantageous. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, as it is used daily.
Job Overview

Job Requirements
* Residency within a commutable distance of Boston
* At least 1 year of relevant UK-based experience

* Knowledge of SketchUp is beneficial
* Motivated with a strong work ethic
* Excellent AutoCAD skills
