The Work You'll Do:
The Reporting & Commissions Analyst II will support reporting bookings, calculating, reporting, and analyzing commissions. You will own various processes of the commission cycle and gain exposure to both Go To Market and Finance departments.
More specifically, you will:
1. Be responsible for monthly booking reports, reviewing sales opportunity data and other sources
2. Manage calculations and communicate commissions for teams
3. Reconcile complex data flows between multiple systems
4. Create and maintain sales KPI reports
5. Provide ad-hoc financial analysis related to sales compensation programs
6. Partner with leadership to resolve and document compensation issues
7. Improve processes for accuracy and efficiency
What We Need From You:
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills and advanced software knowledge
* Previous compensation experience (1+ year) preferred
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Quick learner with a proactive attitude
* Detail-oriented and independent worker
* Bi-lingual ability (Portuguese or Turkish) is a plus
