We are a well‑known and fast‑growing independent used car dealership in Stoke‑on‑Trent. We are searching for a motivated Used Car Sales Executive to join our high‑performing team.
This is a chance for experienced car professionals who always get results and are motivated by the chance to make unlimited money.
IMPORTANT: You must have at least two years of recent experience selling used cars in the UK or something similar. We won’t look at applications that don’t have this.
Minimum Requirements (Not Up for Discussion)
* At least two years of recent experience selling used cars in the UK (as a main dealer or an independent)
* A history of meeting or exceeding monthly goals
* Good performance in finance penetration
* Knowing about HP, PCP, and subprime finance lenders
* Experience with part‑exchange appraisal and negotiation
* Add‑on goods include warranties, GAP, paint protection, service plans, and protection for your tires and wheels.
* A full UK driving licence
* Willingness to work weekends on a schedule
* A strong desire to reach goals and be self‑motivated
Wantable Skills
* Being able to speak two languages (very helpful)
Main Duties
* Turn qualified leads into sales while getting the most out of financing and extras
* Meet and exceed revenue and unit goals
* Give an accurate value to part‑exchange automobiles
* Follow FCA rules when making sales
* Provide great customer service from the time they ask a question until after they buy something
* Keep track of your own pipeline and follow up on all leads
* Sell more credit and other products

* Starting salary of £26,000
