Your Role: What Will You Be Doing?
As a Recovery Worker, you will provide exceptional support and interventions to clients with mental health needs, focusing on early intervention and prevention. Your mission will be to:
* Support clients throughout their journey with us.
* Empower them with the skills to cope independently.
* Deliver support and interventions aligned with our organizational values and recovery ethos.

Key Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Experience supporting individuals with mental health and/or dual diagnosis issues.
* A strong understanding of various mental health conditions, safeguarding, and relevant legislation.
* Knowledge of recovery-focused approaches and local mental health services.
* Experience in risk assessment, case management, and working dynamically under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills to engage respectfully with service users and represent Hestia externally.
* Strong organizational, time management, and IT skills.
* A commitment to promoting dignity, respect, and empowerment in all aspects of your work.
