Purpose of the role The CRM Technology Team is responsible for the firm's CRM Technology Strategy with a clear focus on minimising administrative resource and maximising commercial benefit from the data within our CRM system. You will be the technical subject matter expert for our CRM platform, own the day-to-day processes, and support the CRM Technology Manager on implementation of projects and the longer-term strategy for CRM at Pinsent Masons. Candidate Overview We are looking for candidates that ideally hold the following skills and experience: Able to help our people at all levels in our firm get the most out of our CRM technology. Own our day-to-day data management processes, ensuring that these are efficient and result in the best possible data for the business. Own our training programme and work with our IT training team to ensure training is efficient, effective and delivered at the right moment. Supporting the team in ensuring integrations, automated processes and upgrades/enhancements are efficiently managed and lead to continuous improvement to our system. Contributing to the development of a long-term CRM strategy aligned to business strategy around client development and client journey planning, client engagement and campaign management. Knowledge of a CRM system and its usage for business development. Understanding of the technical aspects of CRM, and itegrating CRM data with other data sources. Experience in training and support in production of training courses. Support the team in ensuring integrations, automated processes, and upgrades/enhancements are efficiently managed and lead to continuous improvement to our system Contribute to the development of a long-term CRM strategy aligned to business strategy around client development and client journey planning/client engagement/campaign management Knowledge of a CRM system and its usage for business development Understanding of the technical aspects of CRM, and integrating CRM data with other data sources Project management experience and ability to run simple projects without supervision Ability to contribute towards process improvements and proactively suggest new ideas Ability to collaborate with and influence individuals at all levels.
